The impact for retail:
2.1% of conversations are about purchasable products (that’s 23,100 queries out of 1.1 Million conversations in the analysis!)
There are 2.5 billion messages per day on ChatGPT, or about 29,000 messages per second — that’s 52,500,000 products searches each day (or 609 per second)
